No. Workli teams can be composed of members that work on the same organisation, across different organisations or at no organisation at all. Team members can be located anywhere in the world. That is, anybody over the age of 16 can be a Workli user regardless of whether that person belongs to an organisation or whether he or she is operating on a personal capacity.
